Megan Schneeberger

General Manager

Formerly Husk’s Sommelier, Wine Director, and Assistant General Manager, Megan Schneeberger was promoted to General Manager at Husk in 2026.

Born in Missoula, Montana, Megan Schneeberger’s journey into the hospitality industry is an unexpected one that took shape while she was pursuing a dance career in Chicago. She began bartending at Enoteca Roma, which introduced her to the allure of Occhipinti Wines and ignited her passion for the wine industry. She refined her expertise at The Gage Group restaurants and as a cellar hand at City Winery Chicago, all while maintaining her dedication to the performing arts. While her education in Choreography and Performance at the University of Montana laid the foundation for her artistic pursuits, hands-on experience and mentorship drove her deeper into the world of wine.

While championing ethically sourced and sustainably farmed offerings, her selections at Husk Charleston strike a balance in upholding high standards and spotlighting her own unique perspective. Beyond the delight of curating an exceptional wine program, her role is to help guide her team of dedicated individuals to focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences as General Manager. Schneeberger embodies a hospitality leadership style that is approachable and supportive, nurturing an environment where her team’s success directly correlates with that of her wine program.

Outside of work, Schneeberger finds solace in surfing, reconnecting with her passion for ballet, and embracing moments of leisure.
